POSITION TITLE: DATA Center Head

REPORTS TO : Country Head

WORK STATUS : Regular

Location : Dhaka, Bangladesh (Work Deployment can be done in anywhere in the globe)

JOB SUMMARY:

Data center Head responsibility is to execute but not limited to SOW ( Responsible for maintenance of 26 Data centers - PAN BANGLADESH )

- Should have worked in Datacenter space

- Should have the complete knowledge of equipment's like UPS, PEC Diesel Generator, different type of Firefighting equipment, DC power system, HT & LT Power system and Batteries etc.

- Should have knowledge of best practices followed in Tier 3 Data centers.

- Should have the clear knowledge about the processes to be followed in data center maintenance

- Should have complete knowledge of Preventive maintenance and corrective maintenance activities in Datacenter

- Should be able to analyses the problems and propose solutions

- Should have clear understanding of energy calculation for any Datacenter ( PUE )

- Should have the knowledge of complete Lock out and tagout process

- Should be able to coordinate the teams and resolve day to day issues of teams

- Should be able to do regular mail communications and meetings

- Should be able to generate daily MIS and various trackers for management review

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: 10-20 years of experience in handling various data centers preferably Telecom

EDUCATION: Engineering Discipline/ Data Center Certification (CDCP) - Not Mandatory, good to have
