Director of Products - SAAS
Location : Hyderabad
Experience : Minimum 7 Plus years in Product, 4 Plus years in SAAS
Roles and Responsibility
- Define a compelling Vision narrative which rallies the team to the future direction of the product
- Articulate and implement a market dominating product strategy by continuously iterating and refining the target audience, problem being solved, value propositions, strategic differentiation, competitor analysis, acquisition strategy, monetization strategy and Key Performance Indicators
- Own and drive the vision/strategy/roadmap and development for industry specific use cases
- Drive the Business through Metrics
- Recruit, lead, train and motivate a winning team to achieve the desired outcomes
- Lead Customer discovery efforts to find determine what product to build and how to build through research, through client meetings, pain point analysis, sales, value prop validation and customer feedback
- Do a customer iterative process for new feature MVP
Job Description :
- Drive the product along with sales to targeted revenue goals and profitability
- Build and maintain relationship with key stake holders, associates, partners, vendors etc.
- Establish thought leadership to educate, improve and add value to the industry as a whole
- Establish Product as fulcrum of interaction for Business, Engineering and Operations ensuring open channel of communications
- Ensure 100% customer satisfaction
- Implement OKR
- Take Zaggle to a leadership position in SaaS domain space in India and globally
- Constantly evaluate the product against market opportunity and build it
- Create a framework for continuous improvement
Desired Skills and qualifications :
- MBA from top tier business school
- Extremely good communication skills
- Possess a digital thought process and be data driven
- 7+ years overall experience and 4+ years- experience in SaaS
- Should have worked in a B2B company
Desired Profile :
- Should have led a team of product managers earlier
- Scaled products over a period
- Cross functional experience and managing interaction with various teams
- Should have led a team of 10+
- Experience in Agile methodology for product development
