Odoo Functional Consultant - E-commerce & Website Specialist:

We are looking for an Odoo Functional Consultant with a strong understanding of E-commerce and Website modules to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing business needs, configuring Odoo functionalities, coordinating with our development team to get customizations done, test them thoroughly before implementing in live system, and ensuring a seamless user experience for our E-commerce platform.

Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their E-commerce and website requirements.

- Analyze business processes and workflows to identify opportunities for optimization using Odoo's E-commerce and Website modules and areas for improvement by way of enhancements / customization.

- Configure and customize Odoo functionalities to meet specific business needs, including product management, inventory control, pricing, promotions, and ensure proper integrations are done as and when required with respect to payment gateway setups and shipping integrations.

- Develop clear and concise user manuals and training materials for E-commerce and Website functionalities - bothfor internal Business Users and External Customers.

- Participate in system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and ensure the implemented solution meets all requirements.

- Provide ongoing support to internal teams and clients on Odoo E-commerce and Website functionalities.

- Stay up-to-date on the latest Odoo E-commerce and Website features and best practices.

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 4+ years of experience as an Odoo Functional Consultant.

- Proven experience in configuring and customizing Odoo E-commerce and Website modules.

- Strong understanding of E-commerce business processes and best practices.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to translate business requirements into clear technical specifications.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.

- Experience with Odoo Studio (custom development) and experience with XML is a plus.
