Z1 Tech (Great Place to Work-Certified- ) is seeking an experienced and dynamic Associate Director/Director of Human Resources to join our highly collaborative, motivated, and fast-growing team.
The Associate Director/Director of HR will play a crucial role in shaping the company's HR strategy, fostering a positive workplace culture, and ensuring alignment with the overall business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic HR Leadership:
- Develop and implement HR strategies that support the company's goals and objectives.
- Provide strategic direction and guidance to the HR team and senior management.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to shape organizational culture and drive employee engagement initiatives.
Talent Acquisition and Management:
- Oversee the recruitment process to attract top talent and ensure a diverse and inclusive workforce.
- Implement effective onboarding, training, and development programs.
- Develop and manage succession planning and talent development initiatives.
Employee Relations and Engagement:
- Foster a positive and productive work environment.
- Develop and implement employee engagement strategies and initiatives.
- Address employee concerns and resolve conflicts in a fair and consistent manner.
Performance Management:
- Oversee the performance management process, including setting objectives, conducting evaluations, and providing feedback.
- Implement strategies to improve employee performance and productivity.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Develop and manage competitive compensation and benefits programs.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to compensation and benefits.
Policy Development and Compliance:
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
Requirements:
- 10-13 years+ of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a senior HR leadership role.
- Experience in a fast paced organization preferably a startup
- Proven experience in strategic HR management, talent acquisition, employee relations, and performance management.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships with employees at all levels of the organization.
- Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
