Z1 Tech (Great Place to Work-Certified- ) is seeking an experienced Assistant/Associate Manager -Talent Acquisition to join our highly collaborative, motivated, and fast-growing team.
About the role :
The process of recruiting is a creative one, as it involves using both traditional and non-traditional resources and a network of established contacts to identify and attract talent. Resources often include community networking events, job fairs, online sources, career fairs, head hunting and advertising/marketing programs.
Responsibilities:
- Develop talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans
- Determine current staffing needs and produce forecasts for Sales, Marketing, Technical & Leadership/Management roles
- Lead, plan and conduct recruitment and selection processes (vendor selection, internal sourcing, interviews, screening calls etc.)
Requirements:
- Relevant post graduate degree (MBA/Masters HR from Tier 1/2 institutions)
- Experience in a fast paced organization preferably a startup
- Minimum 2+ years of relevant talent acquisition experience in managing end to end bulk hiring, technical & leadership/management roles
- "Growth Hacker" skill set with strong sense of ownership for work
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills with ability to organize and analyze data
