I am seeking a co-founder to join me in realizing the true potential of the venture. Who ideally brings in the following value add

- Has good knowledge of overall engineering practices and more specifically internet technologies and their application to various verticals (or) A good administrator with non-engineering background yet has a knack to sell, identify and direct engineering applications that have commercial potential.

- High levels of emotional maturity to understand dynamics in a startup environment

- When situation demands, able to roll up sleeves and contribute hands-on to bring products/features to market in a time bound manner

- Understands that it will be a long journey until any meaningful success is achieved

- Voices concerns and opinions without being passive-aggressive

- Believes in and follows that Marketing and Sales is everyone's job in a startup. This may need frequent travel either as a team or as an individual to customer locations within or outside the region.

- Believes that money is the most important thing to a business and the only way to realize it is through delivering quality products and solutions in a repeatable and credible manner.

- Willing to work long hours in order to realize goals

- A plus, if willing to invest capital towards an additional stake

- A plus, if having experience in fund raising

- A plus, if has a good network of people to generate leads in the focus verticals

Will offer a stake in the company that is negotiable based on true value add that is brought into the company.
