- We are looking for a results-driven Growth Manager to lead demand generation and offline marketing initiatives for battery swapping solutions for e-rickshaws.
- This role involves planning and executing BTL campaigns, managing field sales teams, and driving lead generation.
- The ideal candidate should have a strong analytical mindset and experience in field marketing and sales.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute demand planning and offline BTL campaigns to drive business growth.
- Manage and lead a team of field executives to generate leads and execute direct marketing activities.
- Communicate and promote Yuma's product offerings to e-rickshaw drivers effectively.
- Design and implement strategies to drive new leads through demand generation initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop programs that enhance the sales pipeline.
- Work closely with internal teams to optimize systems and processes for better efficiency.
Skills & Qualifications:
- 3-8 years of experience in lead generation, offline marketing campaigns, and managing field sales teams.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Willingness to work both in the field and office as required
