- Lead the HR Operations through Employee Lifecycle ensuring all employee records are always updated in various platforms. Work with HRBPs to keep a track of employee movements/ onboarding/ transfers/ exits/ promotions and other people related metrics - Process Improvement : Identify ways to automate/streamline the HR Operations processes - Analytics : Publish and automate monthly people dashboard across various metrics - Contract : Manage end to end life cycle of contractual staff in RSC - Streamline and manage the Vendor empanelment and payment process - Lead employee insurance partnership and support - Drive Employee mental and physical well being initiatives at the RSC - Conduct periodic audit of HR data to ensure data accuracy - PMS Support via data preparation, consolidation, and preparation of appraisal letters - Payroll management and employee exit/F&F management - Support employee communication and engagement initiatives for RSC employees
