City Manager - Demand & Partnerships
Role Summary:
The primary role will be to identify and execute various strategies to sustainably grow demand for Yulu's People and Goods mobility businesses in their city. This role is expected to be an individual contributor and will report to the City head.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage promoter & referral channels, BTL activation to acquire new users for People & goods mobility.
- Demand augmentation via engagement with Resident welfare associations, Colleges, Malls, Restaurants, Corporates, Startups, etc.
- Strike sustainable partnerships with enterprises headquartered in your city, for generating demand for people and goods mobility.
- Lead demand generation and Yulu zone implementation for new clusters opening up in your city.
- Manage execution and forming of national enterprise partnerships for your city. You will be expected to solve problems and stabilize new partnerships, alongside other business stakeholders such as the cluster head.
- Manage a healthy pipeline of Yulu Zones & Partnerships in Yulu's service area. Collaborate with cluster heads to ensure activation of Yulu zones as per marketing guidelines.
- Identify opportunities to improve bike revenue yield for your city and work closely with business stakeholders such as cluster heads, control tower/command center, marketing, Enterprise Sales teams and engineering stakeholders to execute this.
- Ensure timely monitoring & reporting corresponding to your OKRs from appropriate business/product stakeholders.
Key Requirements:
- B.E./B. Tech Graduate with 2-5 years' experience. Enterprise sales stints would be a plus.
- Needs to have excellent problem-solving capabilities, business acumen, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Must be comfortable operating in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving workplace.
- Highest standards of ethics and professional integrity.
- Must be able to travel.
