The Role :

- YTR Technologies is looking for a Regional Sales Head for our Sales department. The Regional Sales Head is responsible for the direction and management of all sales and business development operations, and distribution and channel strategy in respective region. He will also drive the company's achievement of its customer acquisition and revenue goals. The Head has to analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of sales, methods, costs, and results.

- Candidate should be from IT SW/ E-Governance Industry and should have sold such / or similar products in the marketplace across India. He should have experience working with government institutions in India. Must have good exposure dealing with Urban Local Bodies / Corporations / Development Authorities / PSU Sales.

Responsibilities :

- Experience of selling S/W products / IT enabled solutions with at least 5 years of software solutions sales experience in government vertical

- Strong track record of selling high value based software solutions

- Should have handled software sales of 1+ Cr. in last 3 financial years

- Understands buying process cycle in government (State, Central Ministries & PSU) and should be well known with the dynamics of Government sector

- Proven track record of consistent high performance and new business acquisition

- Ability to forecast future sales trends and devise future sales strategies for the same

- Strong account management and business acumen

- Experience of working with Partners on large and complex deals

- Strategic planning, market plan execution with skills in competitor and market analysis

- Developing relationships at decision making level of customer organization. Revenue Constantly Qualify and build new opportunities / prospects

- The ability to coordinate with OEM and customer to position various products

- Deep knowledge in the process of tendering process in PSU & Govt

- The ability to support the customer in national level on sales as well as support prospective

- The ability to assessment and understand competitors weak point in large tendering/ bidding process

- Knowledge of Document Management, Workflow and Business Process Management will be given preference

Requirements :

The ideal candidate must possess :

- At least 15+ years of experience in the relevant field

- Excellent verbal and written communication in English

- Industry knowledge - Software/Web/Mobile technologies and applications

- Local market knowledge will be added advantage

- Proficient in developing new markets, managing sales and service operations

Education :

(UG - B.Tech/B.E. - Computers preferred/ (PG - MBA preferred)
