Roles & Responsibilities -
- Creating diagnostic and benchmarking tools to assess gaps
- Actively engage with CEO, CFO, Global controller to understand customer pain points, perform diagnostics and commercialize the product offering
Engage and execute on engagements with Fortune 500 organizations around designing best in class
- Identifying areas of significant Customer Business Impact and improvement opportunities therein and provide strategic direction & thought leadership
Focus on Process improvement and cost reduction for clients to deliver tangible benefits
- Best practice sharing & implementation
- Will be responsible for owning the product roadmap, design, development, Testing, Delivering and maintenance of multiple large and complex enterprise grade applications.
- Candidate participates in product strategy and roadmap discussions with global stakeholders including Product Management, Business and leads the organization in delivering to ensure products meet high quality standards and that available time, capital, human, technological and information resources are optimized.
- Will provide broad functional, technical and software engineering expertise in the design and development efforts, including but not limited to architectural direction; user interface/user experience leadership; development standards and best practices.
- Highly visible member of the leadership team and a key thought leader for product development at our client.
- Strategist, Practice Leader, Operations Head, Peoples Leader and a Delivery support Leader.
- The incumbent should have managed most of these roles as part of his career in right measure and would have migrated to being a practice lead now.

- Meet all the practice targets including Revenue, Gross Margin, service offerings, create unique differentiators, track and ascertain new services that we can take to market, practice applied innovation and collaborate with other Business Units accounts organization to introduce and grow the ERP business.
- Supporting sales for client acquisition including collaterals, proposals, and presentations etc., and support the client orals to win such deals / proposals. Ensure keeping the overall costs under control by having the right talent to meet the designated gross margins.
- Must have managed ERP business with P & L focus as per defined KPIs
- Coordinates with various vertical business units (VBU) and global sales teams to drive the overall competency growth as per market needs, future market focus and help define workable Go to Market (GTM) focus.
- Proven ability to envision and execute Technology enabled multi-function/global transformation Enterprise Solutions including the fast growing Digital focus (Business Intelligence & Analytics; Mobile Solutions; Internet of Things etc.,)
- Help drive business from ongoing clients and help win new clients.
- Actively support sales opportunities by leveraging solutions, offerings and services and translate them into strong value proposition for clients and help win most deals.
- Effectively monitor the overall practice resources to drive them towards being relevant to ERP technologies and market needs at all times.
- Has reasonably good understanding of industry (SME, Manufacturing, Construction, Consumer product goods and Retail at minimum)
- Support delivery teams on various projects to have the required multi-discipline YTR team including ensuring Customer Service Delivery Excellence.
- Ability to screen new products and technologies that complement current ERP practice in a continuous manner and develop a team with deep knowledge of such products and technologies.
Business Focus:
- Drive business development efforts and key account management activities focused for ERP Service Line including participate in existing Growth Account planning, key pursuits and Participate in client meetings
- Work with Sales and Account teams in building an opportunity pipeline and drive demand for solutions by adding new competencies or modifying current service offerings to meet evolving client/market needs.
- Work with the various stakeholders and clients to develop innovative/ custom offerings that align with ERP Service line growth focus
People Focus:
- Talent acquisition and development including managing attrition
- Develop and execute a people plan to build and grow new a/ existing competencies, continuously up-skill resources on new technologies / products in enabling them to be more relevant for our client requirements and market opportunities
- Ability to lead large teams through influence and building consensus
