Yourstory is now entering its next phase of growth and is looking to aggressively grow its current line of business and user base while foraying into new territories with new product ideas. For this, we are seeking to onboard entrepreneurial folks who are excited about high ownership roles in a fast paced environment. This role requires a well rounded leader, someone who can create and drive strategy but also roll up their sleeves and get their hands dirty.

A summary of who we're looking for:

- A growth specialist who has a proven track record or understanding of leading sustainable growth through systemic processes in the consumer world (b2c)

- Someone who is equally comfortable leading new growth initiatives as well as successfully running and scaling existing ones for a company at YourStory's scale

- Comes with an experimental mindset, can define and conduct experiments and scale them when needed

- Ability to work with cross functional teams - marketing, product, engineering and analytics to integrate growth efforts across the company

- Someone who can seamlessly shift between a short-term vs long - term growth hacking mindset and more importantly, knows when to switch from one to other

- Embraces uncertainty, thrives in ambiguity and adopts to evolving business priorities
