He/ She will be responsible for managing the entire marketing funnel - including acquisition, retention and monetisation. He/ She will also be building/ managing the team which takes care of the marketing function of YourDOST.  Job Description  In this role, you will be owning the growth of the business across all YourDOST platforms (web, mobile etc.). This would mean:  Formulating user acquisition strategy across all organic and inorganic channels, in alignment with business targets and budget.  Working with the team to execute the strategy and delivering results.  Managing and improving the entire user funnel, from visitor to user to payer.  Requirements:  Graduation/ Post Graduation from Tier 1 colleges (Top IITs/ NITs/ IIMs)  Prior Marketing Experience of 4-12 years in small to mid-size companies where the person must have demonstrated results by growing the organization.  Must have experience in offline marketing - conducting events, meetups etc for both acquisition and brand building.  Must have experience in partnering with companies/ institutions/ influencers which can strategically boost growth.  Must have excellent written communication skills to be able to coordinate and work with content team for various campaigns etc.  Experience in digital and content marketing is a bonus to the profile.  This role is for someone who is creative and also number oriented to be able to conduct frugal campaigns which can boost user/ branding for the organization.   Salary : Open for Negotiation  YourDOST
