Young Leaders - Finance Function - Retail Financing Firm - IIT/IIM/ISB

We are looking for young leaders in the Finance function (currently with Blue Chip Consumer Goods companies) for one of the well established and well Known Financial Services Client in the Retail Financing space. The role will require the candidate to manage strategic projects in various aspect of finance transformation and management and collaborate with internal & external stakeholders to drive the agenda. Will discuss the role in detail with the chosen candidates

Required Skills:

1. Must have a total experience of 4 -7 years and 2-3 experience post qualification with deep understanding of all aspects of Finance Management

2. MBA from IIMs, ISB or IITs only.

3. Proven skill on Project mgmt., strategic skill and out of box thinking

4. Result driven energetic personality
