Senior Campaign Manager
YOptima is seeking extremely talented, analytically gifted, hands-on individuals to help pioneer performance marketing via Programmatic Media.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic marketing campaign plans aligned with client goals and target audience.
- Define campaign objectives, target audience, messaging, and KPIs for each campaign.
- Analyze campaign performance and audience profiles to find sweet spots and wastages and make effective marketing decisions to complement machines in driving results.
- Work with large, complex data sets. Solve difficult, non-routine analysis problems, applying advanced analytical methods as needed.
- Manage campaign timelines, budgets, and resources to meet deadlines and stay within the allocated budget and optimize spends for maximum ROI.
- Make engaging presentations of findings at multiple levels of stakeholders through visual displays of quantitative information.
- Conduct live experiments to explore new ideas and hypotheses in a cost effective and agile manner and find ways to scale up marketing campaigns.
- Willingness to put in the time and effort to research and experiment on new media buying platforms and learning and sharing findings from them
- Regularly communicate campaign updates, progress, and results to key stakeholders.
Competencies:
1. 3 - 5 years of relevant work experience, including deep expertise and experience with statistical data analysis such as linear models, multivariate analysis, sampling methods.
2. 2+ years experience working on various digital marketing platforms, specifically media buying platforms, DSPs and programmatic platforms such as DV360, Mediamath, Criteo etc
3. Bachelor's or master's degree in a quantitative discipline (e.g. business administration, engineering, statistics, operations research, economics, computer science, mathematics) from topnotch schools.
4. Strength in finding the right problems to solve and ability to figure out solutions.
