Job Summary :

- We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead - Programmatic Media Strategy to join our dynamic marketing team in Bengaluru.

- This role is crucial for developing and executing innovative programmatic media strategies that drive brand growth and achieve measurable business outcomes.

- The ideal candidate will be a data-driven strategist with a deep understanding of the programmatic landscape, a passion for innovation, and a proven ability to lead and mentor a team.

- You will be responsible for crafting and implementing cutting-edge programmatic campaigns, optimizing marketing funnels, and leveraging data insights to maximize brand lift, search lift, and incrementality.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategy Development & Execution:

- Develop and implement comprehensive programmatic media strategies aligned with overall marketing objectives.

- Define target audiences, identify relevant channels, and create customized campaign plans.

- Oversee the execution of programmatic campaigns across various platforms and channels (e. , display, video, connected TV, audio).

- Continuously monitor campaign performance and make data-driven adjustments to optimize for key metrics.

Marketing Funnel Optimization:

- Analyze marketing funnel performance and identify opportunities to improve conversion rates.

- Implement strategies to enhance brand lift and search lift through targeted programmatic campaigns.

- Develop and execute A/B tests to optimize campaign elements and improve overall effectiveness.

Data Analysis & Insights:

- Leverage data analytics tools and platforms to extract actionable insights from campaign data.

- Analyze campaign performance, audience behavior, and market trends to inform strategic decisions.

- Develop reports and dashboards to communicate campaign performance and insights to stakeholders.

Automation & Scalability:

- Identify opportunities to automate marketing operations and improve efficiency.

- Implement automation tools and technologies to streamline campaign management and reporting.

- Develop scalable programmatic strategies to support business growth.

Team Leadership & Mentorship:

- Lead and mentor a team of programmatic media specialists, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.

- Provide guidance and support to team members on campaign planning, execution, and optimization.

- Conduct regular performance reviews and identify training needs.

Vendor Management:

- Manage relationships with programmatic media vendors and technology partners.

- Evaluate new platforms and technologies to identify opportunities for innovation.

- Negotiate contracts and ensure compliance with service level agreements.

Industry Knowledge:

- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in programmatic advertising.

- Research and evaluate emerging technologies and platforms to identify opportunities for adoption.

- Attend industry events and conferences to network with peers and stay ahead of the curve.

Collaboration:

- Work closely with cross-functional teams (e. , marketing, sales, product) to ensure alignment and achieve shared goals.

- Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling ad creatives.

Qualifications:

- Education: Degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.

- Experience: 7+ years of experience in programmatic media strategy, solutions, and optimization.

Skills:

- Strong understanding of media planning and new media landscape.

- Excellent communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills.

- Proven experience in marketing and research.

- Deep expertise in programmatic advertising platforms and technologies (e. , DSPs, SSPs, DMPs).

- Proficiency in data analytics and segmentation techniques.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to lead and mentor a team.

- Excellent project management and organizational skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Master's degree in Marketing or a related field.

- Experience with marketing automation tools and technologies.

- Certifications in programmatic advertising or related fields
