YOptima - Data Analyst/Business Analyst

We are hiring Growth Marketers to join our core revenue delivery org. Looking for smart generalists who aspire to build a career in data driven marketing, brand strategy and digital transformation. At the next level, this role forks into a specialist role in client engagement and planning versus programmatic strategy and optimization.

Minimum Experience required: 3+ years

Preferred Industry: IT/ITES/Digital industry

Required skills:

1. Quantitative analysis and spreadsheet modeling

2. Build and deliver engaging presentations that tell a story succinctly and address the "So what"

3. Problem solving in ambiguous situations, and bias for action

You would need to design, optimize and grow marketing outcomes, and run client engagement and servicing.

Don't worry if you don't have digital marketing skills - anyone who's smart, persistent and curious can acquire these skills.
