Youzu India is part of a $4 Billion Youzu group which operates in Interactive entertainment like Games, Sports, Movie and other areas. Youzu Interactive is a publicly traded company at Shenzen Stock exchange and is headquartered in Shanghai. Youzu India is located in Pune, India.
Job Description for Performance Marketing Manager :
As the Performance Marketing Manager, you will manage high-quality acquisition programs, campaigns, and activities across the Youzu's mobile games.
Additionally, ensure that projects within the marketing department are delivered in a timely manner and that they are always in line with the business's guidelines, quality standards, and objectives.
Requirements :
- Hands-on experience of Google Adwords, Facebook ads Manager & Appsflyer.
- Must be aware of Incent & Non-Incent traffic and should have basic industry knowledge.
- Superior analytical capabilities with strong insight and proven understanding of how performance marketing works in India across all digital and offline channels.
- Versatile. Ability to thrive in a cross-functional environment while juggling multiple responsibilities.
- Technical. Exceptional excel and data analysis skills.
- Has direct experience in Indian mobile media performance marketing.
- Must be able to do own analysis across platforms.
- Self-motivates, tenacious, resourceful.
- Excellent English language communication skills, oral and written.
- Passion for games!
Responsibilities :
- Define, identify, launch and drive critical strategic media campaigns for player acquisition, engagement and retention in India.
- Lead efforts on sophisticated quantitative analysis and translate data into actionable insights. Be willing and able to adjust marketing spend on the fly for best results.
- Lead KPI development and tracking across all performance marketing related functions, measuring campaign and digital spend performance across all channels with Youzu's data scientist.
- Design campaigns for acquisition, engagement, and awareness keeping in mind important factors such as channels, the lifecycle of games, seasonality, costs, competition, ROI etc.
- Help optimize our social media official accounts, websites, app store pages and other channels for each game as a prime channel for acquisition and engagement.
- Stay up-to-date on latest developments in the Indian digital media industry and experiment with new creative ideas.
- Must be proactive, resourceful, and demonstrate intellectual curiosity to anticipate business needs.
Minimum Qualifications :
- BE/BS or graduate degree
- Worked in a consumer product company in the marketing team, Gaming preferred.
- MBA preferred
- As understanding of and passion for games.
