Remuneration :

Combination of cash and equity (commensurate with skills and capabilities). Cash compensation would be low initially and will grow with time and reaching at par within a year. Candidates expecting high initial cash compensation need not apply.

Profile/Responsibilities :

We are looking for a dynamic professional with high aptitude in both technology products and business. The EIR program is similar to a Leadership Program where you will work with the Founders directly and get to experience the whole business lifecycle. Being a startup, the learning will be immense

- Work with the Founders on various strategic and operational initiatives. Get to experience various functions including Strategy, Marketing, Business Development/Sales, Sales Operations, Product/Technology, Recruitment, etc

- Work cross-functionally with various teams. Once the person has experienced various functions, he/she can start to focus/specialize on the area most suited for both the person and company

- Other responsibilities as required

Qualifications :

- Self-starter with dynamic personality, seeking a professional challenge and a role with enormous growth potential

- Strong analytical skills, with excellent ability to share insights that drive results

- Team player with good interpersonal skills

- Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail

- Extremely comfortable in fast-paced, high-growth startup environment

- Creative and analytical thinker; fast learner

- Proficient in English and Hindi languages

- B. Tech. from IITs, MBA from IIMs/ISB, Degree from Ivy League
