We need somebody to assume end-to-end responsibility of the entire sales function - from lead generation to closure.

Key responsibilities :
- Identify and close new clients and strategic partners.
- Contribute to the development of the sales plan.
- Form alliances, partnerships and grow both Supply and demand side.
- Develop and grow repeat business from existing clients and partners.
- Manage company relationships to quarterly revenue and monetisation targets.
- Provide world-class customer support
- Create revenue forecasts, in conjunction with the executive team.
- Track and manage company pipeline to exceed quarterly business goals.

- Proven track record in developing and executing strategic sales plans through strong client relationships, resulting in consistently exceeding goals.

Prior experience in BFSI/Recruitment/FMCG/Real Estate Sales would be preferred.
