Responsibilities:
- Campaigns, 2 POP Utilization, proper utilization and display of POP on dealer counter New size/ pattern launch feedback from dealer and customer.
- Participation of dealer in scheme sleeping dealer revival Nos.
- Fleet/ Corporate Acc/ Car dealers.
- Team Player MIS / Market information.
- Monthly target achievement of ycn.
Qualifications:
- BE/ MBA.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Minimum 5 years of Experience from the tyre industry.
Responsibilities:
- Campaign Execution : Ensure proper utilization and display of Point-of-Purchase (POP) materials at dealer counters. Gather feedback from dealers and customers on new size and pattern launches.
- Dealer Engagement : Motivate and engage dealers to participate in sales schemes and promotions. Revive inactive or "sleeping" dealers to increase sales.
- Key Accounts: Manage and develop relationships with fleet, corporate, and car dealer accounts.
- Teamwork and Reporting: Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve sales targets. Prepare and submit accurate sales reports and market information.
- Target Achievement: Consistently achieve monthly sales targets (YCN).
- Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (BE) or Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA). Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Minimum 5 years of experience in the tyre industry, preferably in a field sales role.
