Reports To: National Head - Branded Retail.
Key Stakeholders : Channel Partners, Sales Team, Finance Team.
Job Purpose Statement (Summarize in one/two statements why this job exists, and the contribution makes to the overall business of the company).
- The position will be responsible for the managing the Branded Retail Stores network in Pan India.
- The Branded Retail Manager plays a critical role in generating footfalls, enhancing the customer experience, and ensuring the success and profitability of the YCN stores.
Duties & Responsibilities (List in the order of importance the duties & responsibilities of this job):
- Branded Retail Promotions: Develop and execute Store specific marketing strategies and promotional activities to create awareness & visibility at the local level.
- Channel Marketing & Promotions: Collaborate with channel partners to develop and execute marketing and promotional activities to drive product demand and sales.
- Footfall / Traffic Increase: Drive an increase in foot traffic to branded retail stores through effective promotional campaigns and initiatives.
- Promotional Campaign Effectiveness: Evaluate the effectiveness of promotional campaigns by measuring key performance indicators such as return on investment (ROI), customer engagement metrics, and sales uplift.
- Partner Relationship Management: Cultivate strong relationships with channel partners, and other internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives & goals.
- Channel Conflict Resolution: Address and resolve conflicts or disputes that may arise between channel partners or within the distribution network, fostering a collaborative and harmonious business environment.
- Budgeting and Financial Management: Developing and managing budgets for the branded retail outlets, monitoring expenses, updating the channel partners and the sales team through various dashboards and other data points.
- Market Analysis and Competitive Intelligence: Monitoring market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to identify opportunities and threats.
- Utilizing this information to develop strategies to maintain a competitive edge in the market.
- Training and Support: Provide training, resources, and support to channel partners to enhance their product knowledge, sales skills, and ability to effectively represent the brand.

- Effective utilization of the promotional budget for the channel partners.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service, resolving customer issues promptly, and maintaining a positive environment.
- Supporting the sales team in driving sales and achieving volumes by generating footfalls at the store through various media drivers.
- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and data visualization tools to present key performance indicators (KPIs) and other relevant metrics to management and stakeholders.
- Handling & supporting the store through various digital initiatives i.e GMB, SEO etc.
