- The firm provides financial advisory services to clients across various infrastructure sectors like power, renewable energy, water & waste management, transport, urban & social infrastructure.
Position :
- YOG INFRA is seeking to appoint a Manager for PPP Transaction Advisory mandates, financial modelling and project finance with the private sector clients and Development Finance Institutions (DFIs) in India.
RESPONSIBILITIES :- Support clients in Public Private Partnerships (PPPs) and Transaction Advisory mandates;
- Develop and audit complex financial models by analyzing and conducting scenario and sensitivity analysis
- Detailed Review of financial models for various infra projects
- Support in debt and equity finance raise for infrastructure projects
- Manage client interactions across multiple projects and transactions
- People Development & guide other team members
QUALIFICATIONS :- Master's degree in Business in Finance (MBA - Finance) or equivalent (CA/ CFA)
- 4-8 years of relevant experience in infrastructure advisory; with prior experience in project financing, regulatory finance, debt syndication, bond financing, infrastructure deal advisory
- Very Strong financial modelling skills, with experience in developing complex financial models for infrastructure projects from scratch
- Experience of VBA and macros for financial models will be an added advantage
- Experience of working with a Big4 consulting or a financial modelling firm in India will be an added advantage
- Strong knowledge of financing structures, particularly debt and equity finance and other types of project-based financing
LOCATION :This is a
full-time position in
NoidaBENEFITS AND COMPENSATION :- Fixed Component 1 = INR 10-12 lakhs (cash-in-hand)
- Fixed Component 2 = Annual Bonus (equivalent to 1 month salary)
- Variable Component = Performance Bonus (based on individual performance)
Candidates will go through a 2-round interview process; including a case study/ financial modelling assignment.
