- Prepare good pitch-book presentation, with good understanding of the particular industry or segment, spot market opportunities, competitor analysis

- Detailed Financial modelling and conversant with various features of Excel/Micros

- Preparation of I-Banking Mandate/proposals using standard templates

- Explain in detail the Company, its Financial model business to prospective Investors

- Data aggregation for Business/Accounting Legal Due Diligence of the Company
