Your Kids are Our Kids (YKROK) is a leading Corporate sponsored childcare services company in India. The company is headquartered in Bangalore and has daycare centers in business parks of Bangalore, Chennai, Pune and Gurgaon.

- YKROK is planning to become a company with Rs. 100 crores of revenues in the next 5-6 years and has partnered with a leading Private Equity fund in India.

- The company has marquee customers like IBM, Accenture, Texas Instruments, TCS, Oracle etc.

- The company was founded 11 years back by Mr. Bharat Kapoor and Mrs. Suman Kapoor, who lived and worked in the US before moving to India to start YKROK.

Location - Bangalore and Pune

Job Responsibilities:

- Improve the operational systems, processes and policies in support of organizations mission -- specifically, support better management reporting, information flow and management, business process and organizational planning.

- Manage and increase the effectiveness and efficiency of Support Services, through improvements to each function as well as coordination and communication between support and business functions.

- Play a significant role in long-term planning, including an initiative geared toward operational excellence.

- Oversee overall center/branch management, planning, systems and controls.

- Regular meetings with Director around center planning.

- Supervise and coach center heads on a weekly basis.

- Manage functions of 7-8 branches

- Increase the effectiveness and efficiency of Support Services through improvements to each function as well as coordination and communication between functions.

- Drive initiatives in the management team and organizationally that contribute to long-term operational excellence.

Prerequisites

- 5+ years of overall experience preferably in Retail operations or schools with multiple locations with exemplary track record in service and Operations.

- Excellent interpersonal and Negotiation Skills

- People management experience

- Ability to own responsibilities and work under minimal guidance

- Strong Analytical skills and working experience with excel

- Previous exposure to working with SOPs Standard Operating Processes

Qualification - Preferably Masters in any stream.

Compensation - 50,000 – 70, 000/-
