Role Description:

- Responsible for overall Institutional Business and handling and expanding portfolios of Domestic clients for Institutional Equity.

- Needs to partially work in Indian hours

- Acquire new clients and build the Institutional client base for Institutional Brokerage business

- Service Institutional Investors with equity research ideas generated by the equity research team and facilitate Investors understanding of the market opportunities

- Keeping them updated on the research calls being made by the organization and advising them on the asset allocation within their portfolio

- Responsible to retain existing assets, and increase new assets under management and grow revenues generated

- Cover the designated market and contribute towards building and running the firms marketing and sales effort.

- Manage customer meetings and sales process as part of his reporting structure.

- Conducting market research for generating business thereby adding for revenue generation

Specific Role Responsibilities:

1.Preparation of marketing materials and presentations of the company's products and services.

2.Monitor clients product preferences and assess their investment goals, and work closely with the Senior Management, Capital Markets in structuring the appropriate products.

3.Liaise between the clients and the company's specialist desks and cross-sell the company's full range of financial services and products

4.Coordinating meet between research team with various kind of institutions and corporate

5.Identify customer needs, assess their risk appetite, prepare and execute a sales plan for the assigned relationship accounts

6.Maintain records of clients and provide timely progress reports to management and responsible for revenue generation in terms of brokerage

Competencies Required: (Behavioral & Technical / Functional):

1.Established past record of acquiring Indian Equity Institutional clients

2.Adequate knowledge of the Equity market and the dynamics of Broking business

3.Should have strong networking and relationship building skills

4.Superior sales skills, Customer Focused, Strong process understanding, Self-starter

5.Excellent communication skills
