Role Description: - The role of resource will be actively supporting deal origination and execution related to Infrastructure sector, logistics sector. - The incumbent is expected to assist deal managers/ sector leaders in market research, sector coverage, pitch preparation, sell side/ buy side deal execution, coordination with funds and strategic investors, deal closure activities etc. - Please note where the role is specific to a sector, the incumbent is expected to get exposure in other sectors as well. Prior experience in infrastructure/ logistic space is a positive but not mandatory. The role offered is a front end IB role - prior experience in front end roles/ client interaction experience would be a positive. Specific Role Responsibilities: 1. Awareness about Infrastructure sector (Roads, Conventional Power, Airport, Ports)/ Logistics sector. Prior experience in running Sell side/ Buy side Investment Banking mandates would be positive 2. Preparation of deliverables including Information Memorandum, Financial Model, Term Sheet etc.. 3. Responsible for active relationships with Clients 4. Working relationship with potential VCs, PE Funds, Strategic Investors 5. Preparation of deal tracker and MIS maintenance for review 6. Compliance with internal requirements Education Qualifications: CA or Master's Degree (MBA) from a reputed institute Knowledge: Investment Banking/ Infrastructure Project Finance Specific Sector Experience required: Infrastructure, Logistics Work Experience: Upto 5 years Skills: Deal Collateral preparations Abilities: Detail orientation Personality traits: Motivated/ Takes initiative/ Task ownership/ Quick Learner Competencies Required: (Behavioral &amp; Technical / Functional): - Team player - Negotiation Skills - Ability to take ownership of complex assignments
