Position: National Training Manager - Support Functions
Grade: VP

Reporting to: President & Chief Learning Officer
Direct Reports: 02 Managers/Sr. Managers
Responsibilities:
The jobholder is primarily responsible for identification of training needs for the Support functions and ensuring that appropriate training solutions are provided to the businesses from time to time which are in line with the Bank's strategic objectives. The job holder is required to fulfill the above objectives in conjunction with Regional Training Managers, who will be responsible for execution of the overall L&D strategies for Retail, Non-Retail & Support functions in their respective regions.
- Conduct a comprehensive Training Need Analysis (TNA) to create the overall - Training Strategy for Support functions.
- Maintain a strong relationship with the Support function Business Heads as well as understand business strategy, priorities and challenges
- Roll out and execution of Training Programs in line with the approved Training Strategy using Internal Subject Matter Experts, L&D team members, external training consultants and by leveraging on External Training Institutes viz. CAFRAL, NIBM, IIBF, RBI etc
- Successful implementation of 'Certifications' for key roles (as applicable)
- 100% implementation of all Mandatory Training Programs & relevant certifications (within 30 days of joining of new incumbents)
- Undertake projects for deployment of learning solution to impact business outcomes i.e. 2 projects per year
- Evaluate - Training Impact- (as applicable) in line with Kirkpatrick's model of Training Effectiveness
Expected Candidate Profile:
Age: Minimum 33 to Maximum 45 years
Education:
- PG - MBA/PGDM - HR/Industrial Relations
Past Experience:
- 8-12 years of experience with atleast 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in Financial Services Organisations.
- Experience of handling functional trainings for large companies.
- Learning design, delivery and development experience particularly in BFSI desirable.
- Should have experience of handling teams
Past Organization:
- Preferably from Banking Organizations of Repute.
