Reporting to Director, Investment Banking

Job Responsibility:

- Assistance in Deal origination, preparing and vetting transaction collaterals, dealing with clients and Investors and independently executing PE and M&A transactions, deal closure.

- CAs and MBAs from Premier B-Schools with 5-7 Years experience
