- Manage a portfolio of MNC's with key responsibilities including advising clients on funding strategies, choose between various Bank products ensuring maximum ROI for the Bank

- Responsible for deal origination, structuring, obtaining credit approvals and implementation of financial solutions for a portfolio of clients spanning the large corporate houses.

- Cross-selling products of the bank including - treasury solutions, liabilities, Debt capital market solutions, Syndications, corporate advisory, investment banking, corporate finance, knowledge banking, etc. Focus on liabilities, transactional banking, and opportunistically look at lending for well priced deals.

- Monitoring the performance of the account client (financial performance etc.) on a regular basis.

- Actively and consistently seek an opportunity to expand share of wallet of the customer base

- Maintain ongoing contact with operations in order to ensure smooth delivery of transactions.

- Nurturing Relationship Managers and optimising their productivity

- Identify the core focus segment for Escrow Product and drive

- Ensure process efficiency - on-boarding, documents, transaction execution etc.

- Digitization of the journey

- Agreements vetting as per the applicable laws / FEMA regulations etc.

- Evaluating credit/risk profile of companies and structuring suitable financial solutions for them including structured finance, project finance, off-balance sheet finance, acquisition financing etc.

- All process / product needs to be compliant as per the law of the land

- Agreement vetting should be in accordance of the law of land and compliance architecture as put up by the regulator. Demonstrated experience in this segment is required.

- Champion the organization's values within the team, encouraging a collaborative and innovative work environment.

- Instill a culture of continuous development and high performance within own team.

- Participate in recruitment activities & ensure retention / engagement of own team.

- Set performance objectives of own team, evaluate / appraise team members and provide regular feedback & guidance.

- Guide, mentor and develop own team to take larger and complex responsibilities.

- Evaluate training and development requirements for own team and make recommendations for learning interventions.

- Establish guidelines and conduct periodic audits to ensure adherence to the highest quality standards of documentation and process compliance.

- Communicate regularly with product partners, operations, risk management, and relationship management teams to ensure understanding and compliance with regulatory guidelines.

- Respond promptly to compliance inquiries or issues raised by regulatory authorities.
