Reporting to: Curriculum Architect
Responsibilities:
The jobholder is primarily responsible of rolling out highly standardized and updated content to deliver best in class training, thereby enabling high quality training interventions. The job holder is required to fulfill the above objectives under the guidance of Curriculum Architect in conjunction with National Training Managers, who will be responsible for implementation of the overall L&D strategies for Retail, Non-Retail & Support functions in YES BANK.
- Standardize and update curriculum to deliver best in class training
- Curriculum and learning material custodian
- To create Learning material (Instructor Led) for Retail, Non-Retail & Support Functions based on Identified Training Needs, participants profiles and learning outcomes expected
- To assist in the ongoing efforts of capturing training needs.
- To liaise with product teams to source training material, best practices etc
- Customization of new training modules, and/or customization of existing modules based on feedback
- To source, evaluate and recommend modules from external vendors.
Expected Candidate Profile:
Age:
- Minimum 27 to Maximum 32 years
Education:
- PG - MBA/PGDM - HR/Industrial Relations
Past Experience:
- 5-7 years of experience with atleast 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in Financial Services Organisations.
- Exposure to training and learning material development and customization.
- Experienced in the areas Knowledge Delivery & Management (KDM) / e-learning
- High level of analytical skills, ability to juggle between issues of differing priorities on product delivery / customer servicing & strong people skills.
Past Organization:
- Preferably from Banking Organizations of Repute
Other Aspects / Skills:
- Strong strategic, analytical, communication skills.
- Excellent PR skills
- Ability to manage and implement change initiatives by taking ownership and working with all stakeholders
- Strong inter-personal skills and leadership ability which encourages and promotes enthusiasm and team spirit.
- Uncompromising approach to customer service and problem resolution
