- In-depth understanding of Liability Products specifically on Channel Management (Debit Cards, ATM, Mobile Banking, Internet Banking)
- Conducting of Risk & Control Self Assessment for Liability Operations Units
- Product and Process reviews
- Monitoring of Key Risk Indicator
- Operational Risk Incident reporting and conducting Root Cause Analysis
- Create various advisories / training / awareness on Operational Risk
- Experience in Operational Risk / Internal Audit
- Should be CA/ICWAI/CS/MBA
- Good team management skills, ability to work under pressure and good conflict management skills
