Purpose Of The Role:
- The role holder will carry the affluent segment business targets of the region.
Responsibilities:
Strategy and Planning:
- Achieving affluent segment business target of the region through affluent sales channel Delivery of expected business performance from the region basis pre-defined goal sheets across various parameters such as Customer Engagement, Develop financial planning & wealth/ CA / EXIM / TFx expertise among Affluent RMs and BRHs Strategize & do business along the lines of the organizational requirement Planning client facing activities and events to maximize engagement and business opportunities.
- Liability Book Growth through portfolio management & new acquisition New affluent customer acquisition.
- Fee Income Generation.
- Increase Product penetration in portfolio.
- Portfolio coverage & customer activation. Ensure 100% adherence to internal and external regulatory guidelines.
- Control RM attrition
Policies, Processes & Procedures Compliance:
- Ensuring that all client interactions and practices comply with banking regulations and internal policies.
- Ensure 100% compliance with the YBL Code of Conduct Completes requirements for Investments AMFI, IRDA and YBL COC for RMs along with HCM and Compliance.
- Over manage top 100 affluent customers of the region Provides expertise on Relationship Management that includes acquisition, retention and enhancements of high value customer portfolios with the help of BD activities in region.
- Plays critical role in broad basing Fees and Investment Revenue by activating more customers in the portfolio Ensures all sales activity is recorded online as per the organizational process defined People Management Develops talent within the Affluent RM's and BRH's by providing guidance, ongoing feedback, coaching and development opportunities to individuals to enable achievement of the defined goals.
- Resource Hiring & Training - Work with HCM to ensure recruitment of Affluent RM's and BRH's and ensure that all the portfolios are manned and all the affluent clients mapped to the branches are being offered the right service.
