Desired Experience for this Role : Any of below

- 3-7 years of experience in a Life Insurance Company in Retail Channel Management / Product Management Role

- 3-7 years of experience in Management Consulting in the BFSI vertical at Big 4 or similar consulting firms

The candidate needs to have sound understanding of Insurance distribution, understanding of products and regulatory frameworks

Educational Qualifications : MBA from Tier I B-Schools in India/ Abroad

Job Description :

The incumbent shall be part of Internal Strategy team and shall be responsible for developing and driving strategies for the following verticals :

i) Bancassurance Distribution (Retail Business); and/or

ii) Indian Financial Institutions (Corporate Business)

- The role entails external interfacing with Bancassurance partners in driving business at tactical as well as strategic levels

- The incumbent shall partner business heads in devising tactical and strategic initiatives in achieving business targets

- The role shall involve reviewing performance including creating productivity/cost frameworks, resource planning and working with cross-functional teams in mobilizing necessary support

- The role shall include conceptualization, designing and implementation of short-term/medium term/ long term initiatives for the businesses
