Manager - Sales
Responsibilities:
- Deepen existing portfolio to ensure customer stickiness.
- Ensure accurate and timely maintenance of desired amounts in acquired accounts and update salary.
- Periodically plan review of the under-performing customers and draw an action plan for improvement.
- Assess and evaluate the client needs and generate new sources of revenue by leveraging cross sell opportunities.
- Ensure effective Customer Relationship Management for efficient servicing and best in-class service.
- Drive corporate engagement activities to acquire and engage corporate clients.
- Gather latest Market intelligence and track and benchmark against best practices in competitor Banks.
- Ensure full awareness of all the policies and procedures issued in relation to products / KYC / AML
- Evaluate the growth strategy based on competitor analysis and feedback from different Channels/Customers.
- Recommend process changes to improve service efficiency and quality across the branch network.
- Manage a team of Sales Officers, taking responsibility of their development and attrition.
- Demonstrate ability in sales planning and conceptualize promotions and marketing initiatives.
Managerial & Leadership Responsibilities:
- Attract and retain best-in-class talent for key roles in their reporting structure. Monitor key parameters on employee productivity, hiring quality and attrition rates and make necessary improvements. Enable teams to drive growth targets by providing necessary support.
