The jobholder is required to execute Employee Engagement initiatives in line with the Bank's 5 C's Employee Engagement Framework. The job holder is required to fulfill the above objectives in conjunction with the HCM Relationship Management team.
- Drive Employee Engagement initiatives viz. YES CLUB, YES Connect, YES Personality YES Mentor, YES Stepathlon, Y-Factor, etc
- Support the design and execution of Reward & Recognition initiatives like - CEO's League of Excellence, Long Service Awards, etc.
- Design and drive an effective communication plan using various communication channels like My Voice, W3 (Intranet), Social Media, Emergency Helpline, HCM Connect etc.
- Design and administer relevant Internal engagement surveys viz. New Joinee Survey, My Voice, Exit Survey, manage and extend the Buddy@YES program to metros
- Attrition Analysis / Exit Interview Analysis
- Drive External Employee Engagement Surveys like Great Place to Work (GPTW) and track Action Plan Implementation at an organization and business unit level.
