Yes Bank - Head - DVU - Liabilities Operations

Description :

The person will be responsible for managing DVU Team, Instructions Team & Account Opening for Corporate & HNI Clients on the Ops floor. Prime job responsibilities will include TAT & SLA adherence, Coordination with branches, business groups, MIS, Team management, Process improvements, life-cycle management.

Key Result Areas :

- TAT and SLA adherence

- Co-ordination with internal stakeholders- viz Audit, Risk, Compliance, Technology etc.

- Co-ordination with Branches & Business stakeholders.

- Error Free processing of transactions as per agreed service standards & approved procedures;

- Ensuring MIS as per agreed timelines;

- Ensure comprehensive compliance with all regulatory and statutory requirements as relevant for various product and services

- Understand & be aware of processes & procedures to be followed in case of contingency situation;

- Give ideas for process improvement and cost savings;

- Maintain personal discipline (personality, timings, attendance etc) in the office.

Qualifications, Experience & Skills :

Qualifications :

- First Class Graduate/ MBA from a recognized university.

- Additional qualification in Banking will be added advantage

Experience :

- Should have more than 12 years work experience with at least 4-5 years in managing teams

- Handling team size of 40 + direct/indirect team members

- Managing volumes to the tune of ~ 2000 forms/day

- Thorough knowledge of KYC & AML guidelines

- Adept with latest happenings around KYC

- Hands-on experience of automation & robotics

- Understanding of Demat process and Wealth Management

- Liaison with internal stakeholders viz. Compliance, Audit, Risk, Technology

- Should have handled internal & external audits

- Coordination with business teams

- Working in Centralized/ Regional Ops centre in Account Opening/ Liabilities

- Strong Team player

Skills :

- Strong leadership skills.

- Person should be from banking industry

- Age less than 38 years
