About the Team:
Business Management, Innovation & Strategy (BMIS) is part of the core strategy & execution team and reports to the MD&CEO. BMIS is one of the oldest groups in the Bank and has played crucial role since the very inception of the bank.
The group functions through 4 teams - aligned along the Strategic Objectives of the Bank namely - Corporate Businesses, Liabilities & Branch Banking, Strategic Control functions and other Support functions of the Bank. The current opportunities are available in the BMIS team aligned to Insurance vertical.

Job Description:
- Act as a strategic advisor to the Bancassurance function
- Chalk-out sales strategy and coordinate with business and sales functions
- Periodic Review and reporting of Product/ Sales
- Benchmark products and practices against industry and drive change and innovation
- Coordinate with all support functions (Technology, Risk, Compliance, Operations and other functions as necessary) to implement business strategies
- The role offers a very good understanding and insight into the functioning of the bank/across the bank as well as an opportunity to work with the top management in the bank.

Requirements:
- MBA from Tier I Institutes from 2009-12 batches
- 2-5 Years of experience in an Insurance Company in a sales facing role (sales, product propositions role, channel management roles in either agency, bancassurance or alternate channels)
- Proficient in data analytics and understanding of Insurance products
- Working exposure to Business planning, channel engagement, Performance management, Sales risk management, Driving business of quality etc.
- Should have the ability & persona to interact with senior/top management executives within and outside the bank
- Strong communication and presentation skills
