Yes Bank - Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager/Manager - Trade Finance Operations

Key Responsibilities

The person will be responsible for smooth day to day operation of trade related activities through active coordination and execution of the core tasks i.e. in-house bank management, execution of SWIFT/LC/BG/ REMITTANCE/EXPORT/IMPORT/RTGS, Trade Accounts reconciliations along with Customer interaction.

Job Responsibilities:

- Error Free processing of transactions as per agreed service standards & approved procedures;

- Generate all process related MIS as per agreed timelines;

- Highlight any process or customer related issues to the business head in a timely manner;

- Ensure comprehensive compliance with all regulatory and statutory requirements as relevant for various product and services

- Report to the business head on any changes in the process followed or deviation from the standard process;

- Understand & be aware of processes & procedures to be followed in case of contingency situation;

- Support the unit managers in preparation of any audit related deliverables i.e. internal / external, ISO, Regulatory, Statutory, etc. Attend to any audit findings and resolve them immediately;

- Be aware of ISO 9001:2000 standards & meet/exceed set quality parameters conforming to the standards;

- A minimum of 0-2 years of experience in Trade (Back Office) Operations
