Opening – Sustainable Investment Banking

Sustainable Investment Banking (SIB) is a knowledge focused initiative of YES BANK providing investment banking and advisory services to company’s operating in the sustainability space viz. Renewable Energy, Environment & Education. SIB is part of YES BANK’s investment banking division.

SIB specializes in private equity fund raising, merger & acquisition, technology transfer, business advisory, corporate restructuring and has successfully completed multiple transactions in the above areas.

1. Associate Director – No. of Position - 1

a. 7 to 8 years of experience in Investment banking

b. The candidate will be responsible for assisting me in deal origination and execution for transactions in Renewable & Environment sectors

c. Will also liaison with RMs and cover CRM in the above sectors

d. Performance will be measured on deals originated and executed in these sectors and fee generation

2. AVP – No. of Position - 1

a. Minimum 5 years of experience in Investment Banking

b. Will be responsible for assisting the team in Industry research for originations, pitch book and deal execution (preparation of IM and Models) for deals across sectors

c. Performance will be measured on the candidates contribution in deal origination, ideation and execution
