Responsibilities -

- Developing strategies to increase the company's sales and profits

- Establishing and managing customer relationships

- Overseeing the company's sales force

- Negotiating contracts and agreements with customers and suppliers

- Developing and implementing customer service policies

- Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations

- Negotiating and drafting contracts with international suppliers, customers and partners.

- Developing and implementing policies and procedures related to overseas contracts.

- Analyzing and interpreting contractual terms and conditions.

- Managing and resolving contractual disputes.

- Conducting risk assessment and due diligence reviews.

- Monitoring and enforcing compliance with contractual obligations.

- Developing and maintaining relationships with external stakeholders.

- Researching and interpreting relevant laws, regulations and industry trends.

- Providing advice and guidance on legal and commercial matters.

- Liaising with internal departments and external partners.

- Working with stakeholders to ensure contractual agreements are met.

Role: -


1. Market Analysis: This business plan will include a comprehensive analysis of the current marine industry, including market trends, customer needs, competitive landscape, and potential opportunities.

2. Develop a Strategic Plan: Identify the current state of the business and the desired future state, and develop a long-term plan to bridge the gap. This should include a marketing plan, an analysis of customer needs, a competitive analysis, a financial plan, and a plan for growth.

3. Financial Plan: A comprehensive financial plan will be created to assess the current financial state of the marine industry, including the costs associated with operations, and to estimate the expected return on investment.

4. Operations Plan: An operations plan will be created to outline the expected day-to-day operations of the marine industry, as well as a plan for long-term growth and expansion.

5. Legal Plan: A legal plan will be created to ensure the marine industry is in compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

6. Risk Management Plan: A risk management plan will be created to identify and mitigate any potential risks associated with the marine industry.

7. Growth and Expansion Plan: A growth and expansion plan will be created to outline strategies to increase the reach, customer base, and profitability of the marine industry.

8. Innovation Plan: An innovation plan will be created to identify potential opportunities for the marine industry to stay updated

9. Develop a Customer Service Strategy: Develop a customer service strategy to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

6. Offering value-added services and products to help the client head commercial reach their goals

7. Keeping up to date with industry trends and any changes that could affect the client head commercial.

8. Proactively seeking feedback from the client head commercial and using it to improve services.

9. Resolving any issues the client head commercial may have in a timely manner.

10. Supporting the client head commercial's vision and helping them to achieve success.
