Job Description
1. Work with sales leadership to develop, execute, optimize and assess enablement program
2.Determine sales enablement priorities with sales stakeholders
3.Communicate enablement strategy and KPIs to stakeholders
4.Build a trusted relationship with sales reps
5.Serve as a liaison between sales, marketing and product teams
6.Provide research and content to the inside and field sales teams
7.Provide effective onboarding and training programs for sales reps
8.Coordinate educational content for ongoing training
9.Facilitate content creation and use with sales and marketing teams
10.Gather and relay feedback to continuously iterate on the enablement strategy
11.Use performance data to identify knowledge or skill gaps across the sales team
12.Maintain sales enablement software to ensure it is easily accessible and providing the capabilities sellers need
