Business Managers - Travel Franchise
Business Manager (Responsibilities)
1. Responsible for launching Franchise stores & managing all operations on the ground
2. Train & supervise local store employees to improve efficiency and effectiveness
3. Coordinate with internal teams (SPOCs) for day to day operations
4. Ensure adherence to defined processes & guidelines with TATs
5. Collect data & make reports to track progress & maximize productivity
6. Assist on-ground Marketing & promotional activities
Requirements1. 2-4 years of sales experience, preferably in the Travel sector
2. Good organizational and leadership skills
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for coordination
4. Understanding of business processes & improving efficiency
5. Hands-on attitude to solve the problem
