Role : Learning & Development (Technical Training Management) - Corporate

Job Description :

- Partnering with functional heads in a manufacturing / engineering environment to understand the strategic needs of business, scope & identify gap areas and develop training solutions to bridge the gap.

- Translate business needs into specific training modules that would cater to bridging the gap in development areas.

- Analyze, design, develop, implement and evaluate technical training modules.

- Work with internal & external stakeholders to build simple, cost effective and best in class development solutions.

- Ensure effective implementation and sustainability of development programs through continuous improvement and evaluation process.

- Use different methods & concepts, design, curriculum, pedagogy & mode of training to ensure effectiveness and retention of learning.

Ideal Candidate should have :

- Experience of at least 8 years in Learning & Development

- Broad understanding and exposure to different functions in a manufacturing / engineering company and work flow between the functions and technical Processes in each sub function / unit.

- Knowledge of adult learning theories, modes of learning delivery and key stake holder management.

- Exposure to development of skill matrix, skill certification programs and OJT for operators and supervisors.

- Excellent relationship management with stakeholders. Ability to engage and communicate with senior leaders and develop strong stakeholder relationships.

- Ability to manage change and deal with ambiguity.
