Job Description :
- Partnering with functional & business heads in a Sales / Manufacturing / Engineering Centre environment to understand the strategic needs of business, scope & identify gap areas and develop training solutions (functional, behavioral and competency) to bridge the gap.
- Translate business needs into specific training modules that would cater to bridging the gap in development areas.
- Analyze, design, develop, implement and evaluate training modules.
- Work with internal and external stakeholders to build simple, cost effective and best in class development solutions.
- Ensure effective implementation and sustainability of development programs through continuous improvement and evaluation process.
- Use different methods & concepts, design curriculum, pedagogy & mode of training to ensure effectiveness and retention of learning.
- Training coordination across various sites.
Ideal candidate should have :
- Experience of at least 5 years in Learning & Development.
- Broad understanding and exposure to different functions in a fast paced company from any sector.
- Understanding of one or more Psychometric tools like MBTI, FIRO-B, DISC etc., and exposure to OD and change management frameworks (desirable)
- Knowledge of adult learning theories, models of learning delivery and Key stake holder management.
- Excellent relationship management with Stakeholders. Ability to engage and communicate with senior leaders and develop strong stakeholder relationships.
- Ability to manage change and deal with ambiguity.
- Knowledge of leadership development would be an added advantage (desirable).
