Yamaha Motor - Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager - Finance & Accounts

Principal duties :

1. Partnering with functional leads in a sales / manufacturing / engineering center environment to prepare & finalizing master budget and related budgets.

2. Preparation & analysis of various MIS reports in line with business needs.

3. Regular monitoring of budget Vs. actual and reporting of exceptions & correction of exceptions wherever required.

4. Critically analyzing the reports and take corrective actions in respect of cost escalations.

5. Ensuring the booking of expenses / entries are upto date in the system.

6. Verify the flow of expenses every month.

7. Generating cost information - past data / future trend and compiling cost data.

Ideal candidate should be

1. Preferably ICWA / MBA

2. Experience of at least 1-3 years in Manufacturing environment.

3. Proficient in MS Excel and basic software operation.

4. Strong analytical skills and interpretation skills.

5. Good Oral & Written communication skills.
