Oplifi is a Singapore based digital marketing agency looking for a seasoned Performance Marketing Manager delivering repeatable success for mid-to-large accounts in India and APAC region. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing, optimizing and scaling Performance marketing campaigns across multiple channels to drive growth and revenue for clients. The ideal candidate possesses the ingredients of analytical skills, curiosity, attention to detail, knows 360 degree media planning and media strategy, but most importantly is a self-starter and problem solver.
Here's a detailed description on the key responsibilities -
Key duties & responsibilities -
- Develop and execute performance-driven digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other platforms
- Planning (20%): Setting the right goals, coming up with an appropriate media approach, preparing a media plan and forecasting key deliverables
- Account Management (30%): Manage and maintain relationships with clients, understanding briefs, present and get plans approved.
- Operational (10%): Collaborate with the ops & creative teams for ad copy, images, and videos to make sure campaigns launch on time.
- Optimization (20%): Suggestions on ongoing optimization opportunities while the campaign is live
- Reporting and analytics (15%) : Provide regular updates on campaign performance and identify areas for improvement during and after the campaign.
Skills & Experience required
- 4+ years of work experience either in a reputed digital media agency or on the D2C brand.
- Extensive and hands-on success of handling Paid Social, Programmatic, SEM, Amazon Ads.
- Strong analytical skills and experience in translating data from analysis tools such as Google/Adobe analytics into actionable insights.
- Handled major campaigns with exposure and knowledge of integrated campaigns including offline and online media.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure campaigns are at the forefront of the digital marketing landscape
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present data-driven insights to clients
- Proven track record of driving growth and revenue through digital marketing campaigns
- Experience working in a digital marketing agency environment is a plus
- Strong proficiency in Excel, Google Analytics, and familiarity with other digital marketing tools like SEMRush, SimilarWeb, Helium10
- Bachelors or above from an accredited university or college

- Should be a self-starter, always keen to learn and proactive to assume responsibility.
- Have the ability to breakdown complex ideas and explain in layman terms
- Analytical thinker and approaches problem solving with a commercial bent of mind.
