- In this role you will- Collaborate closely with the creative team, account managers, and other stakeholders to understand client objectives, target audience insights, and project requirements.
- Conceptualize and develop creative copy solutions that align with client briefs, brand guidelines, and campaign objectives across various digital channels, including social media, websites, email, and advertising.
- Ensure that all copy produced is good quality copy, adheres to brand voice and tone guidelines, and effectively communicates key messages to the intended audience.
- Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital marketing and copywriting, and share insights with the team to inspire innovation and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to brainstorm ideas, develop integrated campaigns, and solve creative challenges.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations, set goals, and provide ongoing coaching and development opportunities for team members.
- Need to be proactive and adept at crafting engaging social media monthly content calendars and copies.
- Need to be full of ideas and curiosity to explore creative and quirky ways to approach mundane tasks with enthusiasm.
- You have Bachelor's/Master's degree in English, journalism, communications, marketing, or a related field.
- A flair for language and a knack for producing new, original ideas.
