Responsibilities :
- Lead art strategy and development of all creative campaigns ensuring a consistent strategy across channels- social media platforms, video/short films, branding, corporate identity, packaging etc.
- Remain current on emerging trends in digital technology to incorporate new technologies into our strategy
- Communicate cross-functionally to understand creative needs
- Participate in new business pitches,
- Supervise a team of designers, art directors, illustrators, photographers/videographers for timely delivery of task
- Prioritize work and resources across engagements based on short- and long-term needs, establishing schedules by collaborating with art team,
- Conduct brainstorming sessions with art team, maintaining strategic and creative thinking to develop innovative and actionable creative initiatives in a fiscally responsible manner
- Review and approve art developed by the team, ensuring deliverables that effectively address marketing goals and challenges
- Produce fresh, innovative work that translates complex ideas into compelling print materials and digital experiences for visually sophisticated audience
- Present, or oversee the presentation of final concepts, and obtain approval for deliverables.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's/Master's degree or equivalent in fine arts
- 10+ years' from an art forte in a lead role, Digital background is mandatory.
- Proven experience with concept development in digital first approach campaigns
- Highly skilled with leading a team of creative talent
- Strong creative vision with an understanding of business objectives
