Essential Job Duties:
- The Senior Manager / Sales Leader (Quality Management System / Document Management System / Compliance) will be responsible for managing a positive client experience and leading the development Client engagements to ensure all opportunities have been identified and a holistic Xybion portfolio has been presented.
- This role is responsible for developing and driving the integrated offering from across all practice areas within Xybion.
- The Senior Manager / Sales leader has co-ownership of revenue in collaboration with the Director, Quality / Compliance to reflect the breadth and depth of coverage and revenue.
- This role is a member of the Xybion leadership team and will be a key member of the senior leadership community at Xybion.
- Create, own and direct implementation of the agreed Regional Strategy for growing the breadth of Xybion offering, including the expansion of its regional market presence, geographic footprint and service offering.
- Continually improve and develop sales, client management, and consulting methodologies to deliver service excellence in assigned region.
- Ability to independently prospect and develop accounts to uncover sales opportunities
- Possess a strong business development acumen, with deep industry relationships and innovative approaches
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Engineering or subject closely related to Quality & Compliance
- MBA or relevant masters degree preferred
- 7+ years of relevant work experience in Quality / Documentation / Compliance & Sustainability industry
- 5+ years of sales quota based role in EHS software
- 5 years experience leading a business unit with full P&L responsibility
- Participate in thought activities (committees, conferences, industry associations) to identify and capture opportunities with both new and existing clients
- Proven track record of leading and developing high performing teams
- Working collaboratively in a complex organization, within a matrix structure
- Proven track record in designing and delivering best in class integrated client solutions, combined consulting, training/education, verification and software solutions
- Mergers and acquisitions activity (buy side) along with integration experience
